This <br />is in response to your adequacy letter. <br />1. Topsoil will be stockpiled in an orderly smooth b~rm and <br />carefully reseeded by placement of the sod bearing ma erial <br />over the top of the berm. Due to the very short peri d of <br />operating this pit and then immediately replacing the'top- <br />soil material (probably next spring) any other seedin~ effort <br />would be wasted. Berm slopes will be 2:1 or flatter. <br />2. The distance to the flow <br />is more than 500' and closer <br />3. No ground water has ever <br />banks by the County or other <br />4. None <br />5.
