and Numeric Standards~for the Arkansas River Basin (S CCR 1001-32); lase update efjecttve June 30, 2001. Segment Sd is classified for the following uses:
Recreation, Class 1; Aquatic Life, CZass 1 (Cold); Water Supply; Agriculture. The Division reviewed thufacility on June 24, 2001, and determined that the
anttdegradatianpsesumption was overcome because discharge does not occur during low flow periods.
The activity involves discharge of surface nmofj-onlyfrom apost-mining area. No other sources of wastewater will be discharged.
Outfalls 001 and 002 shall be the discharge offinal treated water before entering the Illinois River. Effluent limitations are specified below and in Pan

Salinity (TDS) monitoring of the discharge will not 6e required. Phosphorus monitoring of the discharge will not be required.
Based upon previous discharge monitoring data, the permittee has generally maintained compliance with their permit.
