Segment Sd is classified for the following uses: <br />Recreation, Class 1; Aquatic Life, CZass 1 (Cold); Water Supply; Agriculture. The Division reviewed thufacility on June 24, 2001, and determined that the <br />anttdegradatianpsesumption was overcome because discharge does not occur during low flow periods. <br />The activity involves discharge of surface nmofj-onlyfrom apost-mining area. No other sources of wastewater will be discharged. <br />Outfalls 001 and 002 shall be the discharge offinal treated water before entering the Illinois River.
