No permit excursions were noted for this period. Outfall 003A flowed each week of the <br />period. Outfalls 005A and OO6A flowed the first three weeks of the period. Outtalls 002A, 007A, and OOSA flowed during the <br />first two weeks of the period. <br />Outfall 004A did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during this period. Note that ponds A (Ouffall 001A), and <br />H (Outtall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and have been removed from the newly amended permit, <br />effective January 1, 2003. Outfall 020A has not been constructed yet. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the <br />following cerfification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outtalls, which did not discharge. <br />1 certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am /amiliar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the in/ormation, 1 believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties /or submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of Erne and imprisonment. See 18 US. C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
