The City of Greeley accepts the Star Ready Mix, Inc. ugmentation water lease request for
November 2004 through October 2005. To meet the S Ready Mix augmentation demands,
Greeley will make available wholly consumable effluent m Greeley's Wastewater Plant on the
Poudre River associated with the use oC Windy Gap nits or other augmentation supplies
available to the City.
The current lease rate for Windy Gap effluent is S30 .(Hl per acre-foot for the months of
November through March, and 5400.00 per acre-foot for the months of April through October.
The request is for 20.1 acre-feet per month for Novemb through March, and 5.3 acre-feet per
month far April through October, for a total of 25.4 ac -feet and shall be made available as
follows:
