Cattany <br />Division Director <br />NaN21 Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s Third Quarter 2005 Colorado Wastewater Discharge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's Third quarter 2005 DMRs were received by the Division, on October 24, 2005. <br />The reports cover the time period from July 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005. Timely submittal of these <br />reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Two outfalls discharged during Third quarter 2005. Outfal1002, discharged throughout the quarter. Outfall <br />021 discharged at the end of September in response to precipitation events. No reported parameters were <br />found to be in excess of CPDS standards for the ponds that discharged. WET tests were conducted for <br />outfall 021. No exceedences were reported for outfalls 002 and 021.
