<br />wasbabks, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separatety from
<br />other laundry.
<br />Eoginetring Controls
<br />When handlers use enclosed cabs or aircraft in a manner that meets the require-
<br />menu listed in the WorkerPrometions Standard (taps) for agricultural pesdcides
<br />[40 CFR 170.240 (d) (4fi)j, the handler PPE requirements may be reduced or
<br />modified az sotcified in the WPS.
<br />User Safety Recommendations
<br />Users should:
<br />• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using
<br />the miler
<br />• Remove clothing immediately if pesrcide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly
<br />and put on clean clothing.
<br />• Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the outside o
<br />gbves before «maving. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change
<br />into clean clothina.
<br />First Aid
<br />If is eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minuus.
<br />Remove contact lenses, if presenS after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing
<br />eye. Coil a poimn conrol center ar docmr for treatmrnt advice.
<br />If on akin or doNing: lake off contaminamd clothing. Rinse skin immediately
<br />with plenty of water for 15.20 minutes. Call a potson conrol center or doctor for
<br />treatment advice
<br />A swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for ntatment
<br />advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able m swallow. Do not induce
<br />vomiting unless mid m do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give
<br />nything by mouth to an unconscious person.

<br />balance, then give artificial respiration, prekmbly mouth-to-moutlr if possible.

<br />Clopyralid is a chemical which can travel (uep or leach) through soil and under
<br />certain conditions contaminate groundwaur which may be used for irigadon of
<br />drinking purposes. Users are advised not m apply cbpyralid where soils have s
<br />rapid m very rapid permeability throughout the ~rofilt (such as loamy sand to
<br />sand) and the water table of an underlying aqufer is shallow, or m soils that
<br />would allow direct introduction into an aquifer. Your local agricultural agencies
<br />can provide further information on the type of soil in your area and Ure location
<br />of groundwarr.

<br />It is a violation of Federal law m use this product in a manner inconsistent with
<br />its labeling.

<br />Agricuimral Use Requirements
<br />Use this product only in accordance with its labeling and write the Worker Pro-
<br />tection Standard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for the
<br />protection of agricultural workers on famss, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses,
<br />and handlers of agriculdual pesticides. It contains requirements for raining,
<br />dewntaminadon, notification, end emergency assistance. It also contains spe-
<br />cific instructions and exceptions pertaining m the sta[emrnts on [his label about
<br />personal pm[ecrve equipment (PPE), and resrrictedcntry intrnal. Tht requirc-
<br />men4 in this box only apply m uses of this product [hat are covered by the
<br />Worker Protection Standard.
<br />Do not enter or allow worker entry into trpmd areas during the restricted entry
<br />interval (REI) of 48 hours.
<br />PPE required for early entry tc treated areas that is permired under the Worker
<br />Protection Standard and that involves contact with anything that has bern rested,
<br />such as planer, soil, ar water, is:
<br />• Coveralls
<br />• Chemical-resismn[ category A gloves
<br />• Shoes plus sacks
<br />• 1°mmcdve eyewear (goggles, face shield or safety glasses)
<br />NomAgricdmral Use Requirement
<br />The requirements in this box apply to uses of this product that are NOT within
<br />the scope of the Worker Protection Standard for Agriculhual Pesticides (40 CFR
<br />Part 170). The WPS applies when this produm is used m produce agricultural
<br />plants on farms, forests, nurseries, or greenhouses.
<br />Entry Restrictions for Non-taps Uses: When this product is applied [o range-
<br />land or gmud pesmres (not harvested for hay), do not enter or allow worker entry
<br />into treated areas until sprays have dried, unless appiicamr and other handler
<br />PPE is won.
<br />STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
<br />Do not contaminam water, food or feed by smmge or disposal.
<br />Storage: Sore above 28'F or agitam before use.
<br />i Pesticide Disposal: Pesrcide wastes are mxic: Improper disposal of excess
<br />pesticide, spay mixture, or rinsate is a violation of Federal raw. If these wastes
<br />cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact yon state
<br />pesticide or environmental conrol agency, or the hazardous wazte representative
<br />at the nearest EPA regional office for guidance.
<br />Conminer Disposal (Plastic): Triple rinse (or equivmknt). Then offer for
<br />recycling or reconditioning, or pudcture and dispose of m a sanitary landfill, or
<br />by other procedures approved by state and local authorities. Plastic conminers,
<br />after triple rinsing, may be incinerated if allowed by smre and local authorires.
<br />If tamed, stay out of smoke.
<br />Coaminer Disposal (Metal): Do not reuu container. Triple rinse (or equiva-
<br />lent). Then offer for recycling or recondironing, or puncture and dispose of in a
<br />sanitary landfill, or by other proccdmes approved by state and local authorities,
<br />General: Consult federal, stem, or Iocai disposal authorities for approved alter-
<br />nafive procedures.
