WEEDS CONTROLLED
BANVEL or combinations with listed mnk mix~partncrs will provide control or
RATES AND TIMINGS
Applicadon of BANVEL may be made before, during or after Planting small
grains. For best performance, make applications when weeds are rn the 2-3 leaf
singe and rosettes are less than 2 inches across. Application of BANVFL m small
grains during periods of rapid growth may result in crop leaning. This condition
is tcmpomry and wi6 not reduce crop yields.
Ux BANV EL at 2 to 4 fluid ounces per treated acre in wheat, fall seeded barley,
and Dour, and at 2 to 3 fluid ounces per treated acre in spring seeded barley. Use
the higher level of listed mm ranges when treating difficult m control weeds such
as kochia, wild buckwheat, cow cockle, prostrate knotweed, Russian thistle, end
prictty IctNCe or whrn denu vegetative growth occurs.
BANVEL used in a tank mix with other herbicides offers the best spectrum
of weed control and herbicide mlerant or resistant weed management Refer m
specific crop for BANVEL rste and application timing. I
For applications prior m the emergence of weeds or when sulfonylurw resistant
weeds arc present or suspected, use a minimum of 3 fluid ounces Per treated
acre of BANVEL with a mnk mix hePoicide. Non-sulfonyluma herbcides such
as 2,4-D or MCPA tank mixed with BANVEL will offer more consistent control .
of sulfonylurrn resistant weeds.
Whin mnk mixing with sulfanylurea herbicides, such as Ally, Amber, Express°,
Finesse°, Glean° and Harmony Extra, use an agriculNmlly approved surfactant
