To the best of my knowledge the fence belongs to us,
therefore, any problem to the Fence we would fix as we do not want
cattle near our operation.
2) Park County will push at least 6" of growth medium in a stock
pile, we will stock pile approx 5,000 cubic yards. Any top soil
that we receive from our road construction projects in the area
will be stocked piled as well-
3) The pit run is removed by a D-9 dozer, which is pushed to the
processing plant. A front end loader is used to load material on
trucks which haul material to different parts of the county.
4) See attached sheet.
5) No
6) Our maximum slopes will be no greater than 3:1.
Mr. Curtiss, if you have any other question concerning this pit
please feel free to contact me at (719) 836-2771 ext 277.
