Cattany <br />Division DileMr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) has completed a review of the Pond <br />Inspection Report submitted under a Twentymile Coal Company letter of October 4, <br />2005. <br />In addition to those sediment ponds of this report, other structures aze considered as <br />impoundments and need to be inspected under the provisions of Rule 4.05.9(17). Your 3`d <br />quarter submission included reports For the Disposal Area I pit impoundment (Area #1 <br />Pit), the Wash Plant sump (thickner underflow holding pond), and the Fish Creek Tipple <br />evaporative pond (FCT Waste Water Pond).
