• Figure A-25 presents the water-level elevation data for well
GP4. Data prior to 1988 shows a great deal of variance with the
third quarter of 1987 being significantly lower than previous
measurements. A water level rise has been observed in 1990.
Values for 1991 fluctuate, but an overall decline in the water
level was observed.
The water-level elevation versus time plot for well GP5 is

presented in Figure A-26. The levels in the QR aquifer near well
GP5 have been gradually declining since 1985. Water levels
declined approximately 15 feet during 1988 and remained low until
1990. This response reflects the drier conditions with some
increase in recharge in 1990. The water level for well GP5 has
. dropped over eight feet since the same time last year, continuing
its decreasing trend prior to some recharge in 1990. Well GP6,
completed in the QR aquifer, is located approximately 4700 feet
south of well GP5. Water-level elevation versus time is presented
in Figure A-27. Overall water levels have dropped slightly in the
QR aquifer at GP6 since September 1987, but the decline is small
compared to the change in well GP5. Water levels in the QR aquifer
at well GP6 appear to be less sensitive to changes in recharge than
at well GP5.
Water-level elevations versus time for well GP7 are presented

on Figure A-28. Levels have shown fairly little change since 1985,
but water levels have been gradually declining the last three
years.
2-11
