The discharge exhibited an
anomalous event November 4, 1998, in which the Dnpllfria mag~ra population test results showed an
LC50 of ~0% in the 100% concentration of effluent. MCC began accelerated testing and the results
from the November 24, 1998, and December 10, 1998, showed no toxicity in any of the effluent
concentrations.
Should you or your staff have questions or need additional information concerning these Discharge
Monitoring Reports, please contact me at (970) 929-2238, or Kathy Welt, Environmental Supervisor,
at (970) 929-2256.
Sin Iv,
~.
Henry A.
