PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT L <br />1. Inventory of Man-made structures within 200 feet of the Hermit area. <br />The only man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit boundary are: <br />a) Access road a[ south end of permit area to the Colorado Division of Parks land west of the site. <br />As seen on Map B-1, a small portion of this road will be moved for the operation. The agreement <br />for this item is given in Appendix A - Right of Entry. <br />b) Gravel pond on Rigg and T&F Investments properties below south end of permit area. This will <br />not be affected by the operation. <br />c) Residential trailer on Mudge property (southeast par[ of permit area) to be removed. See enclosed <br />letter from Mudge. <br />d) Mudge residence east of permit area. This will not be affected by the operation. <br />e) 19 Road neat its terminus north of the Colorado River. This will not be affected by the operation. <br />f) 3 strand barbed wire fences on the Mudge property. The portions of these fences in the permit <br />azea will be permanently removed to create the lake. <br />g) 3 strand barbed wire fences on the Rigg property. The portions of these fences in the permit area <br />will be permanently removed to create the lake. <br />h) A wooden shed on the Rigg property near the north entrance. This will not be affected by the <br />operation. <br />i) One overhead power pole near the wooden shed on the Rigg property. This will not be affected by <br />the operation. <br />j) An access road north of the permit area on the golf course property. This will no[ be affected by <br />the operation. <br />k) 2pole-mounted corral lights are located on the Mudge property within the permit area. The <br />landowner has agreed that these lights will be removed to conduct the mining operation. The <br />landowner has also agreed that they wilt not be replaced since they are meant to light up the corrals, <br />which will be replaced by the lake in the post-mining configuration. <br />1} an overhead power line located along 19 Road with takeoffs to a pole located near the Rigg shed <br />and the corral lights on the Mudge property.
