<br />ROBERT STROH, the Personal Representative of the Estate of Elmer
<br />Leroy Stroh, Deceased, Grantor, and RICHARD L. COIILSON and KENNETH

<br />WITNESSETH, that the said Grantees, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, to the
<br />said Grantor in hand paid by the Grantees, the receipt whereof is
<br />hereby confessed and acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and
<br />conveyed, and by these gresents does grant, bargain, se12, convey

<br />encroachment of fences and other improvements, if any; and
<br />subject to descrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines,
<br />shortage in area, and any other facts which a correct survey
<br />would disclose.

<br />Grantor covenants and agrees with Grantees, that he has good right,
<br />full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell, and convey
<br />the said premises in manner and form aforesaid, and that the same
<br />are free and clear from all former and other grants, bargains,
<br />sales, liens, taxes, assessments and encumbrances of whatever kind
