The following items have been addressed: <br />EXHIBIT N -Source of Legal Right to Enter (Rule 6.4.14); <br />o The property deed has been enclosed. <br />EXEIIBIT S -Permanent Man-Made Structures (Rule 6.4.19): <br />o With regazd to the Kaneb Pipeline, a notarized agreement between the Kaneb <br />Pipeline Company and Coulson Excavating Company, Inc. (Coulson) has <br />been included. <br />o With regard to the old house -this struchxre occurs on Coulson's property <br />and is owned by Coulson. <br />o With regard to the Hillsboro ditch located 125 ft from the permit boundary, a <br />slope stabihty analysis was performed using the GEOSYSTEM Slope <br />Stability Analysis program SB-SLOPE. The slope stability analysis gave a <br />Factor of Safety greater than 1 for setbacks greater than 50 ft. Exhibit S has <br />been modified to include the slope stability analysis and is included. <br />Additionally, an error was found in Exhibit C where the scale was incorrect.
