Co., on or about the 22nd <br />day of Nlarch, 1907, entered into a Lease Agreement oath W. J. <br />Christian, o£ Fountain, Colorado, under which To~•:er Construction <br />Co. leased certain real proparty situated in the County of <br />E1 Paso, State of Colorada, for purposes of sand and gravel <br />operations, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this re- <br />ference made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Tower Construction Co. desires to assign and <br />transfer its rights under said Lease Agreement and A & T <br />Aggregates desires to assume the obligations under said Lease <br />Agreement; <br />NC6P, THEREFORE, As a con*_ribution to the capital of <br />A & T Aggregates, Inc. Tower Construction Co. hereby assigns and <br />sets over unto A & T Aggregates all its right, title and interest <br />in and to the Lease Agreement dated the 22nd day of March, 1967, <br />between W.
