You are not required to submit this information, but a submission would assist the Division's . processing of the application. When the Division notifies the local government of the existence of this application, it will request information regardiny compliance with applicable local law. It is intended that operators .nay cancLrrently come into compliance with local requirements at the same time the Division is processing this application. Inforrnation regaraing the status with local government will be helpful.
