Reports (DMR)
Only Outfall 001 A (Streeter Pond) was reported as having discharged. Paran3eters were reported as
within allowable primary limits. The 30-day average flow was reported as 0.079 million gallons/day
(mgd), up from the previous quarter 0.058. The maximum was 0.103, up from the previous quarter
0.076. The pond was discharging 0.078 mgd during the 17 Mar 04, and 0.375 mgd during the 18 Feb
04 Division inspections. Low level dischazges or seeps were noted during the 18 Feb 04 inspection
from the Stoker Loadout, Gossazd Rail Loop and Gossard Loadout ponds.
Compliance with rules:
4.05.1(3) In no case shall Federal and State water quality statutes, regulations, standards, or
effluent limitations be violated.
All discharges were in compliance.
