Per the recommendation of Roy Bell, slopes may be <br />temporarily 2 to 1, but final slopes will be no steeper <br />than 4 to 1. Your Department has previously received a <br />copy of his report with its recommendations etlon~ with a <br />revised Exhibit F (.Reclamation Piap), which stated tae 4 <br />to 1 maximum final slopes for reclamation. <br />2. The mining depth with be between 15' and 30' <br />3, The depth to the water table is 40'+, I have attached a <br />report by Judy Hamilton that was submitted to the County <br />on water issues. This report also outlines the proposed <br />water source for washin>, as a Laramie-Fox Hills well and <br />I have included a copy of the cvell permit. <br />4. We have obtained a cope of the Discharge permit form, and <br />the application for a discharge permit is in prccess. <br />A copy of the application is attached. <br />5. Erosion controls as recommended by Roy Bell ::ill be <br />followed. A sedimentation pond will also be constructed <br />and its use has also been applied for iii the above <br />referenced discharge permit. <br />Exhibit E <br />1. Revegetation is proposed in accordance with Roy Bell's <br />recommendations, outside of the 100'± dry stream bed <br />area. This was previously stated in the previously <br />submitted revised Exhibit F. <br />
