<br />Permit No.: CO-0032115 <br />County: Moffat <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />compliance with the provisions of the Colorado taster Quality Control Act, <br />'S-8-101 et. seq., CRS, 2973 as amended) and the Federal Water Pollution <br />~ntrol Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq.; the "Act") <br />Trapper Mining, Inc. <br />authorized to discharge from the Trapper Mine <br />~cated in multiple sections of T5N and T6N, R90W and R91W, approximately 5 <br />:1es southwest of Craig, Colorado <br />~ Johnson Gulch, No-Name Gulch, Buzzard Gulch, Coyote Gulch, Elk Gulch, <br />.e Gulch, ifiddle Pyeatt Gulch and East Pyeact Gulch <br />- accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />~nditions set forth in Part I, and II hereof. All discharges authorized <br />rein shall be consiatant with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />:1s permit shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date signed by <br />:e Director. Should the applicant choose to contest any of the effluent <br />:citations, monitoring requirements or other conditions contained herein, the <br />~plicant must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS 1973 and the Regulation for <br />.e State Discharge Permit System.
