State Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations have - <br />been made in conjunction with the U.S. EPA that limitations and <br />conditions imposed in these permits implement all applicable statutes <br />and regulations and water quality standards. <br />s <br />Public Meetings: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(b), by 8evtember 4, 1994, <br />interested persons may submit a written request for a public. meeting <br />on the tentative determination. The Division, after considering all <br />requests, may grant a public meeting for good cause shown. It will be <br />held within sixty (60) days of the date of public notice. <br />Public Comments: Pursuant to 25-8=502(3)(c) interested persons may <br />submit written comments on the tentative determination provided they <br />are received by the Division by Seatember 4, 1994. All comments <br />received prior to said date will be considered in the formulation of <br />final conditions and limitations. If a public meeting is held, the <br />public comment period shall close sixty (60) days following the public <br />notice. <br />Requests for public meetings and public comments may be directed to <br />the Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control Division, <br />Permits and Enforcement Section, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, <br />Denver, Colorado 80222-1530. <br />Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if one is <br />held, the Department will issue or deny the final permit. Interested <br />parties then have thirty (30) days to request an adjudicatory hearing <br />on the permit. <br />Further Information: The draft permit is available for inspection at <br />your County-Commissioners:office and County Health Department, or can <br />be obtained by.writinq to._the Division at_the above address and paying <br />a small charge per page for copying fees. Interested parties may also <br />contact the water Quality Control Division~s:District Engineer for the <br />district=in which the.discharge is located.;. <br />~, . <br />Material Injury to Water Riahta: in accordance with C.R.S. 25-8-104 <br />(2) (d) (1989), any person who believes that any actions proposed in <br />this notice have the potential to cause material injury_to a water <br />right is advised to contact the Division, in writing by sevtember 4, <br />1994.
