include historic consumptive use credits from the Fulton Ditch, water from the City of <br />Westminster, and other water currently available to Aggregate under lease agreements. <br />Under the Combined Replacement Plan, replacements aze made to the South Platte River at <br />various locations including the Metro Wastewater Treatment Plant outfall structure located <br />upstream of the property. Transit loss associated with the replacement water sources is <br />assumed to be 0.25% per mile. Sources of water currently available to Aggregate aze <br />described as follows: <br />• 0.28 cfs of fully consumable water every day of the yeaz delivered in <br />perpetuity at the confluence of Cleaz Creek and the South Platte River in <br />Adams County, Colorado. <br />• In addition to the amounts identified in the above paragraph, an additional <br />0.17 cfs of fully consumable water every day from October 2 until June 30 <br />delivered in perpetuity at the confluence of Clear Creek and the South <br />Platte River in Adams County, Colorado. <br />• Water attributable to Aggregate's ownership of Fulton Ditch shazes. <br />• A lease with Silver Heights Water and Sanitation District for fully <br />consumable wastewater delivered at the Plum Creek Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant. <br />• Fully consumable water from the Centennial Water and Sanitation District <br />delivered at Little Dry Creek or Plum Creek, from McLellan Reservoir, or <br />from Centennial's Mazcy Gulch Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br />To the extent the water is available from the above-identified sources, it will be used to <br />replace out of priority stream depletions during mining. <br />(~ Affirmatively state that the Applicant has acquired or applied for a National Pollutant Discharge <br />Elimination System permit from the Water Quality Control Division <br />AI will apply for a NPDES permit prior to mining or dewatering the site. <br />AGGREGATE INDUSTRIES - HAZELTINE MINE MLRB 112 PERMIT <br />
