Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date, the pemtittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfalls 001, 002, 005, 008, 009, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R 1002-61, the permitted dischazge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specifed flow <br />limitation. <br />a.
