Permit No. CO-0032115 <br />County: Moffat <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />in compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, (25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as <br />amended) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act") <br />Trapper Mining, Inc. <br />is authorized to discharge from the Trapper Mine located in portions of sections 5 and 6, TSN, R90W; portions <br />of sections 1-5, TSN, R91 W; portions of sections 30-32, T6N, R90W; portions of sections2l, 25-29, 32-36, <br />T6N, R91Wapproximately 6 1/2 miles SW of Craig, CO, off CO Hwy 13 to Johnson Gulch, No Name Gulch, <br />Far East Buzzazd Gulch, Coyote Gulch, Ute Gulch, Middle Pyeatt Gulch, East Pyeatt Gulch, West Pyeatt <br />Gulch, Deer Gulch, Grouse Gulch, Sage Gulch, Oak Gulch, Horse Gulch, West Horse Gulch, West Flume <br />Gulch, Middle Flume Gulch, East Middle Flume Gulch, East Flume Gulch, Deal Gulch in accordance with <br />effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I and II hereof. All <br />dischazges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this pemut. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the final permit <br />detertnination,pey the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, 61.7(1). Should the applicant choose to <br />contest any of the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other conditions contained herein, the <br />applicant must comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS and the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations. <br />Failure to contest any such effluent limitation, monitoring requirement, or other condition, constitutes consent to <br />the condition by the Applicant. <br />This pemut and the authorization to dischazge shall expire at midnight, <br />Issued and Signed this day of <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT <br />Mark T.
