The property is located at 9143 Sunshine Canyon Drive in Section 12, TIN, <br />R72W. <br />In sepuate motion, thq Board of Adjustment upheld the conditions of compliance outlined <br />in the August 22, 1994 letter as follows: "...to verity compliance in this regard, we are <br />requiring that you, the owner of the property, provide copies of ail documents submitted <br />to the Division of Minerals and Geology that disclose the location of the sources of all <br />~oro to be processed at the Gold HUl Mill.
