Modification Sus ension or Revocation of Permits B the Division Continued) (i) In the case of termination, the permlttee notifies the Division of its intent to terminate the permit 90 days prior to the desired date of termination; (ii) In the case of termination, the permlttee hoe ceased any and all discharges to state waters and demonstrates to the Division there is no probability of further uncontrolled discharge(s) which may affect waters of the State. (iii) The Environmental Protection Agency has been notified of the proposed modification or termination and does not abject in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of notification; (iv) The Division finds that the permittee has shown reasonable grounds consistent with the Federal and State statutes and regulations for such modification, amendment or termination; (v) Fee requirements of Section 6.16.0 of State Discharge Permit System Regulations have been met; sad (vi) Requirements of public notice have been met. 6. 011•and Hazardous Substance Liability Nothing in this permit shall be construed to preclude the institution of nay legal action or relieve the permittee from nay responsibilities, liabilities, or penalties to which the permittee is or may be subject to under Section 311 C011 and Hazardous Substance Liability) of the Clean Water Act. 7. State Laws Nothing is this permit shall be construed to preclude the institution of any legal action of relieve the permittee from any responsibilities, liabilities, or penalties established pursuant to any applicable State law or regulation under authority granted by Section 510 of the Clean Water Act. 8.
