Effluent Limitations <br /> <br />PART I <br />Page la of 19 <br />Permit No. CO-0036684 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through May 30, 1996, the permittee <br />is authorized to discharge from outfall serial number 001, the outfall <br />from the sedimentation pond to Fish Creek, as shown in Figure 1,.
