We <br />still are, however, short some of the material necessary to make <br />the appllcaton coaplete. Aiso some of the material needs some <br />additional work for ciarifleation and adequacy: <br />T) Your applF.cation indicates 10 acres for the affected area. <br />The limited impact application (110) Is for less than 10 <br />acre•.•operations. If your operation consists of 10 acres <br />or more you need to submit a regular application (112), <br />which Is more stringent. Please advise us on this. <br />2) The Mining Plan - Please !ndlcate the equipment to be <br />used In the operation In addition to the crusher, and the <br />thickoess and depth of the gravel. Please indl ute the ~~ <br />thickness of the topsoil to be saved and stockpiled. <br />3) Vegetation - Please furn(sh additional information from <br />the soil conservation service Indicating the present <br />vegetation on the site plus a reeormmnded seeding mix- <br />ture for the reclamation plan. <br />4) Water Resources - Information is required relating to the <br />ffect of the operation on the surface water and ground <br />~ater plus the effect of the operation on drainage. Aiso <br />ff any water Is to be used in processing, the source of <br />that water plus any avatar rights forssald use. <br />5) Reclamation Plan- !lease Indicate the grading which w111 <br />be dons including the amount of the slopes, any methods <br />planned for erosion control, the estimated thickness of <br />the replacement topsoil, and the seed(ng mlx~are refereed <br />
