Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has received and reviewed the NPDES dischazge monitoring reports for the <br />first quarter of 2005. <br />It was noted that MCC reported an exceedence for outfa11016A, for which the 30-day <br />average for total suspended solids (TSS) was reported as 42 mg/l, exceeding the <br />maximum of 30 mgll.
