Box 1509 Lama r•, CO 81052 Re: File No.: M-89-009, J-Rude Inc., Incomplete Application Dear Sirs: Upon reviewing your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit, received January 19, 1969, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated regul,~tions, The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): -7 1. One additional copy of the completed Application Form and all Exhibits. An application must include two signed copies of the Application Forth and two copies of all Exhibits. Cnly one copy was received, and it was not signed, 2. Exhibits C through F, as described in detail in the Limited Impact Operation (110(2)) Application Package, and such other information as may be necessary to meet the requirements of paragraph 3.2 under Rule 3 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations. We would appreciate it if, in the future, you would refrain from submitting applic+ttions until all exhibits and supporting documentation can be submitted concurrently, Submitting a deficient applicaton does not allow you to get your p[>rmit any faster, and forces us to do more reviews and generate more documerrts than would otherwise be necessary.
