Effluent Limitations (continued) <br />In the event of any exploration or other mining activity taking place <br />in the Carlton Tunnel or at a level underground that requires active <br />pumping of water out of the Carlton Tunnel, the permittee must notify <br />the Division at least 45 days prior to such activity commencing or <br />ceasigg.
