i~ <br />SECTION 2 <br />' OVERVIEW <br />' Groundwater monitoring is expected to begin the week of April 14, 2003, with subsequent sampling <br />events taking place monthly (Apri12003 through August 2004), requiring approximately one day per <br />event to collect and record groundwater samples, measure 5eld parameters, prepare samples for <br />' transport, and mail samples fox delivery to an EPA-certified laboratory. The monitoring effort will <br />include active review of collected data to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan in meeting project goals. <br />The program may be modified by the project team based on the field conditions during the sampling <br />' event to ensure field safety and make the collection reliable and thorough.
