BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />DRAFT PRE-HEARING ORDER <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION FOR GRAVEL, LLC <br />PERMIT APPLICATION, FILE NO. M-2005-045. <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Boazd ("the Board"), through preheazing conference officer Sandra <br />Brown, and pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 2.7, conducted a prehearing conference on <br />Apri124, 2006. The Board, having considered this order, as proposed by the prehearing <br />conference officer, and having considered any objections or comments from the parties, hereby <br />enters the following Pre-hearing Order for the captioned proceeding: <br />I. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Formal Public Hearing on this matter (unless noticed otherwise) is scheduled for May 10-11, <br />at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, during <br />the Boazd's May 2006 meeting. The Board's agenda (unless noticed otherwise) will begin at <br />10:00 a.m on Wednesday and at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. <br />II.
