According to <br />hydrologyreports ofTim Decker, C.P.G., the wells on the Rathjen propertyare capable ofproducing <br />50-100 gpm on a continuous basis. This water quantity is sufficient to serve the proposed uses on <br />the Rathj en property, as well as the proposed gavel operation onthe Property.
