These <br />samples were given our identification n91-G374-032-12. <br />i <br />Several discrepancies were discovered <br />data herein is an updated version and <br />the June 9 report. <br />in our June 9, 1981, report. The <br />this report is to be substituted for .. <br />For your edification the changes are as follows: Full sample identification <br />including temperatures and YJater levels are used herein; pH values were <br />rechecked for the "Allen Kline Discharge" and for the "P River above the <br />Maxo-rell Discharge" and those values are included herein; a typographical error <br />:.as made on the hardness data far the "P River below Allen Refuse", and <br />the correct values are included herein. We regret any problems this may have <br />caused and that these discrepancies were not noticed sooner. <br />Tl•JO litre bottles of water were received for each of the tv+elve sampling sites. <br />The contents of one bottle from each site were filtered and aliquots were <br />digested and analyzed for dissolved constituents. Unfiltered aliquots from <br />the remaining twelve bottles were subjected to a rigorous digestion in nitric <br />and hydrochloric acids and then analyzed for total, metals. <br />The samples were analyzed for total and dissolved Iron, Zinc, and ~langanese <br />by flame atomic absorption. Dissolved Calcium and Piaonesium ~.vere also <br />analyzed by flame atomic absorption. Dissolved Sodium and Potassium were <br />analyzed by flame emission.
