The dissolved Sodium and Potassium were analyzed by <br />flame emission. Total Selenium ~.ras analyzed by hydride generation atonic <br />absorption. Samples for total metals were first digested in nitric <br />and hydrochloric acids. <br />Boron was determined colorimetricaily, Sulfate turbidimetrically, Chloride <br />and Fluoride by specific ion electrode by the procedures of EPA !".ethods <br />for Chemical Anal sis of :dater and 'rlaste, 1979. Dissolved solid~TOS , <br />Suspended Solids (TSS and oil and grease Yrere determined gravimetri- <br />cally by the procedures of Standard Methods, 14th edition. p4, Carbonate, <br />Bicartonate, Alkalinity and Specific Ccnductance were all dove by <br />Standard Method's Procedures.
