Original and revised information has been assemblefl in a new, bound folder with a map pocket in the back. The five attached folders will therefore replace the original 5 folders wits 5 separate map folders which are now superseded. Information not changed consists of the application form, Exhibits A, B, page 1 of C, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, 0 and P. Revised information is designated (Rev. & date) and consists of: Exhibit C, page 2 only and the 6-map set bcc-1356 sheet 1 through bcc-1361, s:zeet 6, folded and inserte~9 in the map pocket. The maps have minor changes in the outline of affected land and show the location of 4 cross-sections included in Exhibit F. Land currently affected (o~itlined in red) was reduced by 15 acres with that amount :added to estim- ated future disturbed land (outlined in g:^een) leaving the total affected land unchanged at 895 :acres. Exhibit D, Mining Plan (8 pages) was revised extensi~rely to give better general information on the scheduled reopening in 1980 of an old quarry area previously worked between 1928 and 1956. Precise details of a mining plan for this reopened previously disturbed area wall require some actual operation to determine, as ex~~lained in Exhibit D. Exhibit E, Reclamation Plan (7 pages) was revised extensively.
