4.0 STREAM CHANNEL DIVERSION DESIGN
Rule 4.05.4(2) (Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, 2001) requires that stream channel
diversions be designed and certified for ephemeral streams with a watershed of at least one square
• mile. This Rule applies to 14 sections of the Sylvester Gulch stream channel that are located
below station 128 + 27 (sub-outlet No. 7). These channel sections were designed based on
Sunrise Engineering, Inc.
