Long <br />Division Director <br />On April 21, 1993, the Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />plans for relocating the CKP Ditch. B & B Excavating is now free <br />to proceed according to the revised plans. <br />This fulfills the requirements of Stipulation No. 2 to the permit. <br />The Division received, on April 26, 1993, and has reviewed the <br />Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan that was <br />required by Stipulation No. 1 to the permit. This fulfills the <br />requirements of Stipulation No. 1. We understand that this plan is <br />being updated for the Stormwater Management Plan and CDPS Permit <br />that is now required by the Colorado State Department of Health <br />because of recent laws.
