Lipton: <br />I have reviewed your submittals subsequent to Mr. O'Connors letter <br />9, 1984 and have the following questions and comments which must bl <br />at least ten days prior to the March 22-23, 1984 meeting of the N11 <br />Reclamation Board. <br />A.
