Hwy. 160 between Ft. Gazland and
Blanca. Mr. Robert Vasquez, Costilla County Commissioner, and I discussed potential
conflicts between the mine and PSCo facilities, specifically an anchor and guy wire on
the north end and a pole on the south end. By mutual agreement, no mining will take
place within a 50 foot radius of either facility. Overhead line obstructions do not appear
to be an issue.
Based on this information, PSCo has ao objections to the proposed development.
Should you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at
719-589-1230.
Sincerely,
~-F~ A ~ ._._a_~
Darrell Lewis
Designer
xc: Mr. Robert Vasquez
~* TOTRL PRGE.002 **
