There are no
structural problems to report nor evidence of piping in the older structures with principal
spillways through the dam. All dams are funct>onmg as designed. All storm runoff has
passed without incident. During your last inspection (8/23/90) a surface crack was observed
on the top of East Buzzard pond #2. Since that time, a series of rainstorms have caused the
cracking to heal itself. Trapper will continue to monitor all sediment ponds for cracks within
embankment areas.
Sincerely,
l
William Agnew
Senior Environmental Engineer
WSH/WA/rbb/032
Enclosure
pc: R L Fanyo
J M Mattern
W S Harding w/o encl.
B D Nicholson w/o encl.
File 118.7
P.0.
