• <br />• <br />` PLANNING DEPT REVIEW COMMENTS • NOVEMBER 16, 1980 <br />BREEZE BASIN ROCK, Inc.: Conditional Use Application. <br />1. Location: Approxiamately two miles east of Craig Airport. Northwest 1/4, southwest <br />1/4 of Section 2, T6N, and R 90 W. <br />2. Acreage: 9.7 acres <br />3. Property Owner: Otis Lyons <br />4. Access: State Highway 394 (to existing road?) to pit area. <br />5. Proposed use: Gravel Pit <br />6. Water: Not available - <br />7. Sewer: Not available <br />8. Appropriate permits - to be obtained, no copies are now on file with this office. <br />(11-19-80). <br />NOTE: Copies of State permit should be submitted to the planning dept. when received <br />by applicant. <br />9. No buildings are proposed at present. <br />10. Gravel to be crushed and stockpiled on site. No blasting is anticipated. <br />11. Discuss if this use may affect the flight paths of the airport. <br />12. Reclamation Bond has been provided to the State Mining and Reclamation Board. <br />Reclamation plans to include returning topsoil over the subsoil to a depth <br />of 5 - 10". This would make it possible to return this area to a dry land crop <br />program if other seeding is not accomplished. If a high wall condition existed <br />when mining is finished, the south and east sides will be graded to no more <br />than a 3:1 slope. <br />• <br />
