Dear Bill Giordano:
We have received your application fora Mining 8 Reclamation Permit for your
surface mining operation in Fremont County. Our initial review indicates that
all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, CRS
34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus, your application has been
deemed compTte. All comment and review time periods initiate from this date.
The tentative date for consideration of your application by the (dined Land
Reclamation Board is February 27, 1986. You should commence publication of a
notice of the filing of this application immediately (see enclosed notice
format). You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of
surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must
provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt
Requested, to the MLR staff before your application can be considered by the
Board. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less
confidential items, with the Fremont County Clerk and P.ecorder. Any
subsequent changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also
be made in this local government copy.
