{Nabile, Inc. are Delaware corporations, the merger documents of IrYedtern I+tebi?e'~cr:exer.^.;
Inc. into Western! A~obile, lnc. were filed in Delaware (and not in Colorado). I am faxinc a
copy of these documents to you. Since these are Delaware cerporatiens, *.hese documents
should be acceptable to substantiate that Lafarge West, Inc. is the successor to Wes9:ern
