z - _., <br />• c= x ~, ~ ,,~ , 'T J <br />WILDLIFE STATEMENT <br />III III III III IIII III <br />The following information is provided for use by the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />in consideration of a mining permit for Richard Bachman c/o Jack Raley <br />Pleeker, Colorado for gravel pit <br />The Colorado Division of Wildlife does hereby find that the impact of this operation <br />on wildlife will be: X Minor Moderate Major <br />Mine Location: T1N, R93W, Sec. 34 SE; SW', <br />Wildlife Species List: (May be attached) <br />~l ": <br />Deer <br />Endangered Species Impacted: <br />NONE <br />Vegetation Communities: (May be attached) <br />Assessment of Impact: (May be attached) <br />This ridge is a northwestern extention of Oak Ridge where at times heavy concentra- <br />tions of big game do winter. This particular site is an extension of an existing <br />pit and most of the area already disturbed. The adjoining lands to the southeast <br />are wheat fields.
