The general <br />information for each permit is listed below: <br />Peters Pit No. 3 (Permit No. M-87-186) <br />- 1/14/92 Amendment approved to add the Peters Pit No. 3 to the <br />existing permit covering Peters Pit No. 1 and 2. <br />- The site is located in Section 27, T12N, R63W, 6 mi. west of <br />Hereford, Colorado. <br />Bashor Pit No. 3 (Permit No. M-91-126) <br />- 1/23/92 112 Application for Bashor Pit No. 3 approved <br />- Located in Section 7, T10N, R61W, 1 mi. west and 2 mi. south of <br />Grover, Colorado <br />I hope this clears up any confusion on these two permits. <br />Sincer ~y, <br />William C.
