Thence along the South line Tract 84 S. 89°56'W. a distance <br />of 750.0 feet; <br />2. Thence North a distance of 500.0 feet; <br />3. Thence N. 78°42' E. a distance of 764.6 feet; <br />4. Thence South a distance of 650.0 feet to a point of <br />beginning. <br />The above described narcel contains 9.9 acres. <br />The K Bar T Pit is an old existing pit which was active prior to <br />Rio Blanco County's initiation of zoning and is considered to have an <br />existing non-conforming use which may be allowed to continue.
