<br /> MARTIN and FRANCES L. MARTIN, of the County of Otero, state of
<br /> Colorado, grantors, and JOHN L. ARY and JOHN PAUL ARY, whose legal
<br /> address is P. O. Box 566, Canon City , of the County of
<br /> Fremont , State of Colorado, grantees:
<br /> ' WITNESSETH, That the grantors, for and in consideration of the
<br /> sum of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable Consideration, the
<br /> receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, have
<br /> t granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
<br /> grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm, unto the grantees, their

<br /> NE1/4 of Sec. 1, Twp. 24 S. , Rg. 55 W. of the 6th P.M. ;
<br /> thence South on the center line of said Section 710 feet
<br /> more or less, to the intersection with the Government
<br /> ' meander line of the Arkansas River, thence Southeasterly
<br /> along said meander line to its intersection with a line
<br /> 665 feet West of the East line of said Section; thence
<br /> North to the North line of said Sec. ; thence West along
<br /> the North line of said section to the point of beginning.
