Please be advised that on March 13, 1995, Lee Roy and Marlene J. Rothe, whose

reclamation, at or near Section 33, Township 33N, Ranqe 81W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Logan County. The application decision is scheduled for
April 12, 1995.
