The corporation is directed for its day to day activities by Sandra Pautsky, President and Chariman of the Board. Sandra Pautsky has direct ownership or voting control of 71.30% of the company stock. The shares of common stock owned by Ms. Pautsky include; (i) 842,791 shazes owned by the Estate of Noel Pautsky, Deceased (the "Noel Pautsky Estate"), of which Ms. Pautsky is the Independent Executrix, (ii) 700,000 shares owned by the Noel Pautsky Trust, of which Ms. Pautsky is the trustee and one of four beneficiaries and (iii) 908,247 shazes owned by the Flem Noel Pautsky, Jr. Trust, of which Ms. Pautsky is the Trustee. Ms. Pautsky disclaims any beneficial ownership of the shares owned by the Noel Pautsky Estate and the Noel Pautsky Trust in excess of her respective 25% beneficial interests therein. Ms. Pautsky also disclaims any beneficial ownership of the shares owned by the Flem Noel Pautsky, Jr. Trust. The remaining stock is owned by public shareholders, none of which own 10% or more of the stock. No other persons have the authority to directly or indirectly determine the manner in which OEI conducts surface mining activities. Oakridge Energy, Inc. is the successor in name to Oakridge Exploration, Inc., the successor by statutory merger to Pueblo Coal, Inc. Oakridge Exploration, Inc., the original owner of Pueblo Coal, Inc., was indirectly involved in an Oklahoma coal operation. In June 1978, Oakridge purchased portions of the Broken Arrow Mine No. 1 operated by Mazad Exploration (5800 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma 73135). The full reclamation and ownership of the property in Oklahama was terminated more than five years prior to filing this application. After closure of the project, Oakridge completed the reclamation and attendant obligations and obtained release of the $68,000 bond. The Division may contact the Oklahoma Department of Mine, State Capital Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73101 concerning the operation and reclamation. There are no other filings for coal permits by the permittee. The following provides information related to the prior Cazbon Junction Mine permit and operation.
